Upon hire of our referred candidate(s) we email your Permanent Hire Invoice and our 120 Day Guarantee on the candidate(s) hired.
2024 Permanent Hire Fee Schedule - Hourly, Salary or Commission Pay: Invoiced Upon Hire
Annual Pay under $50k - 1%
Annual Pay over $50k - 2%
Annual Pay over $100k - 3%
Example: $40k Salary x 1% = $400 Permanent Hire Fee

THIS Agreement by and among Customer (Company), and CareerAmerica (Recruiter), of West Des Moines, IA. WHEREAS, the Company desires to utilize the services of Recruiter to assist the Company in the area of locating personnel to be considered for hire for full-time employee positions with Company; and
WHEREAS, the Recruiter will perform these services for the Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
I. SERVICE:
Recruiter shall provide permanent placement recruitment services to Company as requested and identified by Company Manager, or such other Company officer or member of Company management that shall be so identified and designated to Recruiter, at mutually agreed upon times and places.
II. TERM AND EFFECTIVE DATE:
The services shall commence on or after January 1, 2024.
III. FEES FOR SERVICES AND EXPENSES:
Company agrees to pay Recruiter a retainer payment to begin and a Permanent Hire Fee upon hire of candidate and Payment will be made directly to Recruiter for services provided by Invoice. We offer a 30 day guarantee on your retainer payment and order placed. If not satisfied with our service you may request a refund for your paid retainer payment after thirty days of placing order.
120 Day Guarantee on Placement
If for any reason the hired candidate leaves employment within 120 days of hire we will attempt to replace that candidate using the same means as the first placement. If a replacement is hired we discount the Permanent Hire Fee by 50%. We will attribute a new 120 Day Guarantee when a new placement is hired.
IV. CONFIDENTIALITY:
Both parties understand and agree that any information provided by one party to the other party during the relationship between Company and Recruiter is highly confidential and proprietary to the relevant party and is not to be disclosed to third parties.
V. COMPANY’S RIGHT TO TERMINATE:
Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause at any time.
VI. MISCELLANEOUS:
This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties and no statement, representation, warranty or covenant has been made by either party, except as expressed and set forth herein. This Agreement shall not be changed or terminated orally and shall not be assignable by Recruiter.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute this Agreement as of the date first written above.
